Please take caution not to stain your light-colored bag with dyed clothes such as jeans. 3. The color of the actual product may appear slightly different from the one on the website depending on your monitor brightness, and for this reason exchange or return/refund will not be accepted. 4. The bag may get wrinkled during delivery, but it will naturally disappear as you unfold and leave it for one day after receipt. 5. Damage caused by carelessness of a consumer may not be covered by free warranty. Please contact the customer service center for detailed warranty policies. 6. Please note that the product is not exchangable or refundable once the tag has been removed.
