    The new micro version of Marty Bag 12 is a mini flap bag with its advanced mood and style. Highlighting the unique design of handle, the fixed handle maintains the bag’s shape giving a stable fit.

      The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

      Return Instructions
      (1) All requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving the item (even for defective items). Once confirmed, items must be returned immediately and arrive within 14 working days. You are required to attach the photos of the received product(s) and include the item code, the order number, and the reason for the return.
      (2) A customer service representative will be in contact to assist you by email or phone.
      (3) Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. Also, you need to include a note of your order number, name, and user ID.

    1. In case of a stain, wipe away with normal cloth and let it dry. For storage, put on the dust cover and place it in a well-ventilated room, away from sunlights. 2. Please take caution not to stain your light-colored bag with dyed clothes such as jeans. 3. The color of the actual product may appear slightly different from the one on the website depending on your monitor brightness, and for this reason exchange or return/refund will not be accepted. 4. The bag may get wrinkled during delivery, but it will naturally disappear as you unfold and leave it for one day after receipt. 5. Damage caused by carelessness of a consumer may not be covered by free warranty. Please contact the customer service center for detailed warranty policies. 6. Please note that the product is not exchangable or refundable once the tag has been removed.
