What part in the tracking information shows that item has arrived in my area???? There is no additional tracking information since Feb 10z. Also, why do I have to contact post office center and where is that?!?

오더했는데 손님이 알아서 물건 찾으라는 건가요?? 무슨 서비스를 이따위로 합니까?? 공짜로 배송한것도 아니고 30불 받았으면 제대로 된 답변을 해야지 무슨 답변을 이렇게 성의 없이 합니까?!???? 

그리고 왜 불건이 일반 우체국으로 오나요? 물건 필요 없으니 돈 리펀 해주세요.  친구 생일에 밪춰 한달이나 전에 오더 한건데 물건은 오지도 않고 질문하면  답변을 안하던지 아님 상의없이 하고, 결국은 친구선물은 다시 사러 가야하고, 이제는 물건을 진짜 보내긴 한건지 의심 스럽네요.  

지금 2/10일 이후에는 아무 정보가 없는데 2-3일을 기다렸다가 우체국에 연락하라니!!!!!! 어디에 물건이 제 지역에 왔다고 생각한건지 알려주시죠!!!

My placed an order on 1/31 and order number is 20210131-0000015.  I stull have not received my order yet.  When I track my packages, it shows that the package were arrived somewhere on 2/10 then no other imformation.  

You charged $30 for shipping and I’ve heen waiting for a moth now but still have no idea when I will receive my package. I usually receive pakcages from France within 2-3weeks with $15 shipping with UPS.  I feel like I was scammed by your company.  

can you explain why my package been hold more than 15daya?!? It normallt takes 5-7 days to clear custom but I don’t understand why.  Also, I need to know when can I expect this package?!?
